Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age above 18
- Greek native speakers
- Greek inhabitants
- sufficient cognitive functioning.
Exclusion
- poor health status,
- diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases
- cardiac pacemaker,
- medication that prevents exercise activity
- neurological disorders with effect on the lower body
- musculoskeletal disorders or injuries on the lower body in the last 3 months
- PAR-Q health risk assessment form
