Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 18 or older
  • Self-reported daily smoking
  • Having a valid home mailing address
  • English speaking
  • Access to a smart phone with video capability and internet
  • Expressed desire to quit smoking

Exclusion

  • Currently participating in any tobacco cessation programs
