Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Young men and women 18-40 years of age with diastolic blood pressure \<90 and systolic blood pressure \< 130.
Exclusion
- Chronic non-hypertensive diseases
- Physical disability
- Subjects under treatment with diuretics
- Pregnant women, lactating or in their menstrual cycle
- High performance athletes
