Inclusion
- Written informed consent
- Employees of the company at which the study is conducted
Exclusion
- Implanted pacemaker
- Medically diagnosed heart failure or arrhythmia
- Medically prescribed cardiac drugs (e.g., beta-blockers, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, or antiarrhythmic agents)
