Inclusion
- Patients with lumbar Modic changes type 1
- Patients with lumbar Modic changes type 2
- Participant who given informed consent for the study
Exclusion
- Patients aged\<18 years
- History of serious lumbar trauma
- Lumbar spinal surgery
- Scoliosis
- Cooperation disorder
