Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- The hospital is a comprehensive hospital;
- Nurse have been registered and are on their duty;
- Nurses are currently engaged in clinical practice;
- Nurses are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion
- Nurses who are intern nurses or studying in other hospitals, or has been participated in other relevant studies.
