Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • The hospital is a comprehensive hospital;
  • Nurse have been registered and are on their duty;
  • Nurses are currently engaged in clinical practice;
  • Nurses are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion

  • Nurses who are intern nurses or studying in other hospitals, or has been participated in other relevant studies.
