Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • High risk cardiovascular surgery patients admitted in ICU
  • With transhepatic IVC and stroke volume measurement feasible.
  • Informed consent

Exclusion

  • Righ ventricle failure
  • Significant tricuspid regurgitation
  • Tamponade
  • Severe hypoxemia
  • Age \<18 ans
  • No health care coverage
