Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- High risk cardiovascular surgery patients admitted in ICU
- With transhepatic IVC and stroke volume measurement feasible.
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Righ ventricle failure
- Significant tricuspid regurgitation
- Tamponade
- Severe hypoxemia
- Age \<18 ans
- No health care coverage
