Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- CRSwNP
- refractory to medical therapy
- no previous sinus surgery
- Lund-Kennedy-Score ≥ 1
- Lund-Mackay-Score ≥ 10
Exclusion
- ciliary impairment
- autoimmune disease
- cystic fibrosis
- immunodeficiency
