Inclusion
- Determination of insomnia (ISI \>14)
Exclusion
- Age \< 18
- Unwillingness/inability to participate
- Bipolar or Seizure Disorders
- Untreated sleep disorders other than insomnia
- Untreated and severe medical or psychiatric disorders
