Inclusion
- 20-44 years old females, (ASA) class I-II
Exclusion
- Patient refusal
- Allergy to MgSO4
- Atrio-ventricular conduction abnormalities
- Drug abuse
- Renal or hepatic or cardiovascular dysfunction
- Prior long-term treatment with calcium channel blockers or magnesium
