Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- liver cirrhosis on the liver transplant waiting list
- haemoglobin lower than 11.5g/dL
- transferrin saturation index below 40%
- ferritin below 800mcg/L
Exclusion
- refusal to participate
- Known hypersensitivity to Ferinject
- current infection
