Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Individuals diagnosed with HT (at least 6 months),
- Individuals who are independent in activities of daily living,
Exclusion
- Those with neurological disease
- Those with Anxiety, Uncontrollable Hypertension, Chronic systemic disease
