Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- primiparous women
- 18 years or older
- finnish language
- singleton foetus
- have an intention to breastfeed
- have a smartphone
Exclusion
- multiple pregnancy
- risk pregnancy, or other disease to be monitored
