Inclusion

  • adult patients with acute CO-poisoning, defined as CO-Hb levels \>10%

Exclusion

  • Unwilling or unable to provide consent
  • Inability to follow the procedures of the study, e.g. due to language barriers, psychiatric disorders, dementia
