Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age between 21-70
  • Has type 2 diabetes
  • Comfortable communicating English
  • Uses smartphone app WhatsApp

Exclusion

  • Participants with diagnoses of mental health illnesses
  • Participants who are unable to provide informed consent
