Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age between 21-70
- Has type 2 diabetes
- Comfortable communicating English
- Uses smartphone app WhatsApp
Exclusion
- Participants with diagnoses of mental health illnesses
- Participants who are unable to provide informed consent
