Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Congenital clasped thumb
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Arthrogryposis
  • Under age of eight years old.

Exclusion

  • 1- Congenital trigger thumb. 2- Neglected adducted thumb. 3- Post traumatic extensor tendon injury. 4- Neglected congenital clasped thumb.
