Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Congenital clasped thumb
- Cerebral palsy
- Arthrogryposis
- Under age of eight years old.
Exclusion
- 1- Congenital trigger thumb. 2- Neglected adducted thumb. 3- Post traumatic extensor tendon injury. 4- Neglected congenital clasped thumb.
