Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients ≥ 18 years old, scheduled for elective valve replacement surgery or coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
Exclusion
- Emergency surgery.
- Chronic kidney disease.
- Hepatic impairment.
- Re-do surgery.
- Severe psychiatric illness.
