Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Any adult Patients with malignant obstructive jaundice will included in this study
Exclusion
- Patients with bleeding diathesis.
- Patients with associating comorbidities.
- Patients with insufficient intrahepatic biliary dilatation \< 0.5 cm or with extensive tumor infiltrates.
