Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Participants with coronary heart disease
- Under the age of 75
- Have a mobile phone, with the ability to receive text messages and with internet access
Exclusion
- Severe heart failure
- Physical disability
- Dementia
- Congenital heart disease
- Rheumatic etiology disease
