Inclusion
- Requests labor epidural analgesia requiring epidural maintenance with local anesthesia and opioid for planned vaginal delivery
Exclusion
- Planned cesarean delivery
- Planned operative vaginal delivery
- Epidural time (placement to delivery) \< 1 hour
