Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 25 or more
- Diagnosed with type II diabetes or hypertension or Obesity
- Willing to commit to participate at biweekly sessions for 6 months
Exclusion
- History of stroke or cardiac arrest
- Gestational diabetes
- Type I diabetes
