Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patient with symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy.
  • High risk to VPI:
  • Short palate.
  • Scarred palate after previous tonsillectomy.
  • Occult submucous cleft.
  • Deep pharynx.
  • Repaired cleft palate.

Exclusion

  • Any neurological deficit, muscular disorder or structural defects of the palate (as cleft palate).
