Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patient with symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy.
- High risk to VPI:
- Short palate.
- Scarred palate after previous tonsillectomy.
- Occult submucous cleft.
- Deep pharynx.
- Repaired cleft palate.
Exclusion
- Any neurological deficit, muscular disorder or structural defects of the palate (as cleft palate).
