Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- suspected or confirmed pulmonary fibrosis patients;
- signed written consent.
Exclusion
- pregnancy;
- breastfeeding;
- known allergy against FAPI
- any medical condition that in the opinion of the investigator may significantly interfere with study compliance
