Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Being a healthy individual between the ages of 18-25
- Not having a regular exercise habit
- No infection until at least 3 weeks before the study
Exclusion
- Lung disease
- Cardiovascular disease
- Neurological disease
- Orthopedic disease
