Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Being a healthy individual between the ages of 18-25
  • Not having a regular exercise habit
  • No infection until at least 3 weeks before the study

Exclusion

  • Lung disease
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Neurological disease
  • Orthopedic disease
