- Over the age of 18
- Written informed consent from the subject
- Exclusion criteria:
- Immunosuppressed individuals
- Sun holiday/ski holiday/solarium 4 weeks before the trial starts
- Skin disease
- Medicines that cause photosensitivity or affect DNA repair
- Pregnancy
