Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Cervical facet joint arthrosis
  • Cervical foraminal stenosis
  • Cervical herniated intervertebral disc
  • myofascial pain syndrome of upper back muscle

Exclusion

  • Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast medium
  • Pregnancy
  • Prior history of cervical spine surgery
  • Coagulation abnormality
