Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 80 preterm
  • ≤ 36 weeks gestational age
  • \>/ = 72 hours of life

Exclusion

  • Nothing per os
  • Congenital anomalies.
  • Suspected inborn error of metabolism.
  • Prophylaxis antifungal drugs
