Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Individuals enrolled in the BB4B program
  • Volunteered for the research study
  • Scored a 25 or higher on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), indicating that no cognitive impairment is present.
  • English speaking

Exclusion

  • children
