Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \>=18 years old
  • Undergoing clinic-based periocular procedure

Exclusion

  • Any other topical, oral or intravenous sedating medications given alongside procedure
  • Allergy to saline, lidocaine or epinephrine
  • Unable to provide consent due to cognitive impairment
