Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \>=18 years old
- Undergoing clinic-based periocular procedure
Exclusion
- Any other topical, oral or intravenous sedating medications given alongside procedure
- Allergy to saline, lidocaine or epinephrine
- Unable to provide consent due to cognitive impairment
