Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • all varus aligned knee admitted to Assiut University Hospitals (Total Knee Arthroplasty or High Tibial Osteotomy) .

Exclusion

  • patient with prior surgery of knee or foot . -secondary osteoarthritis. -valgus knee.
