Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Neonates need postoperative ventilation.
Exclusion
- Major congenital cardiovascular anomalies.
- Chromosomal anomalies.
- Grade IV intraventricular hemorrhage.
- Tracheoesophageal fistula with wide gap (distance between proximal and distal end more than two centimeters).
