Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Neonates need postoperative ventilation.

Exclusion

  • Major congenital cardiovascular anomalies.
  • Chromosomal anomalies.
  • Grade IV intraventricular hemorrhage.
  • Tracheoesophageal fistula with wide gap (distance between proximal and distal end more than two centimeters).
