Inclusion
- Over the age 18,
- Being able to communicate,
- Being literate,
- Having no diagnosis of psychiatric,
- Have the necessary technological equipment (phone, internet, etc.)
Exclusion
- Existing infection
- Receiving palliative chemotherapy
