Inclusion
- Adult patients undergoing open-heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
Exclusion
- Re-operations
- Emergency operations
- Patients with preoperative renal failure
- Patients with preoperative hematological problems
- Patients with preoperative infection
- Patients with preoperative immunological disease
- Patients using preoperative steroids
