Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- clinic diagnosis SMA (I, II, and III types)
- no changing medicine 6 months at least
- without another grave diseases
Exclusion
- hip subluxation
- allergies to horses and the environment of horse stables
- insurmountable fear of the horse
