Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients referred for endoscopic resection of non-neoplastic and neoplastic lesions in the colon presenting to our tertiary academic center.
- Age \> 18 years
Exclusion
- patients with histories of allergic reactions to TXA
- history of seizures
- pregnancy
