Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • the need for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)

Exclusion

  • age over 75 years
  • emergency surgery
  • diabetes mellitus
  • exacerbation of a chronic disease 1 week before surgery
  • any oncological disease at the time of the examination
