Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- the need for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
Exclusion
- age over 75 years
- emergency surgery
- diabetes mellitus
- exacerbation of a chronic disease 1 week before surgery
- any oncological disease at the time of the examination
