Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients \> 18 yrs.
- Primary prosthetic shoulder surgery.
- Instrumented primary surgery of the spine.
Exclusion
- active infection.
- previous surgeries.
- interventionism prior to surgery in the last 6 months (infiltrations, arthro-CT, arthro-MRI)
