Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • have smartphone with internet capabilities
  • spend more than 55% of time sedentary at work
  • English literacy
  • safe to exercise, assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
  • full-time employee at sedentary job
