Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- Parturients with BMI≥50 kg/m2 requesting epidural labor analgesia or undergoing elective cesarean delivery
Exclusion
- contraindication to epidural anesthesia
- allergy or hypersensitivity to lidocaine, bupivacaine or fentanyl
- those with implanted electronic devices.
