Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinicians who have been previously trained in the serious illness conversation guide. Two groups of participants will be recruited.
- hematology/oncology faculty
- specialty-trained palliative care clinicians
Exclusion
- individuals who have a diagnosis of cardiovascular dysfunction
