Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- No diagnosis of COPD or other respiratory conditions
- No recent history (within last 4 weeks) of musculoskeletal injury
Exclusion
- Diagnosis of other respiratory disease, including COPD
- Recent musculoskeletal injury
