Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis,
- No history of systemic steroid administration over the last three months
Exclusion
- History of previous nasal surgery,
- Underlying systemic diseases (like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or autoimmune diseases),
- Hypersensitivity to Roflumilust
