Inclusion
- Criminal Justice or Criminology major
Exclusion
- Abnormal BMI (below 18.5 or above 30)
- self-reported sleep apnea, head injury, neurological problem, unstable mental health disorder, substance use disorder, psychosis, or current suicidal ideation or plan
