Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Low back pain for more than 6 months;
- Presence of MR findings radiologically diagnosing LDH;
- Numeric rating scale (NRS) \> 5
Exclusion
- Spinal stenosis;
- Spondylolisthesis;
- Previous lumbar
- Spinal surgery
