Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Postpartum non-radiating low back Pain
- LBP severity \>3 on numeric pain rating scale (NPRS)
- Spontaneous vaginal delivery
Exclusion
- Prenatal history of low back pain
- Caesarean section
- Hypertension
- Puerperium period
- Arterial complications
- Neurological deficit
- Disc Bulge
- Lumbar Radiculopathy
