Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Postpartum non-radiating low back Pain
  • LBP severity \>3 on numeric pain rating scale (NPRS)
  • Spontaneous vaginal delivery

Exclusion

  • Prenatal history of low back pain
  • Caesarean section
  • Hypertension
  • Puerperium period
  • Arterial complications
  • Neurological deficit
  • Disc Bulge
  • Lumbar Radiculopathy
