Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 to 25
- Part-time or full-time college student
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Access to a cell phone
- Lifetime history of interpersonal trauma exposure
- Heavy alcohol use
Exclusion
- 1\) Currently receiving psychological therapy or psychotropic medication for substance use.
