Inclusion
- Diagnosed with IBS (ROME IV) by physician
- Age 18-50
- Ability to read and understand Swedish
- Signed informed consent
Exclusion
- Received dietary treatment for IBS previously
- Manifestations of other conditions that may explain gastrointestinal symptoms
