Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Female gender,
- Being between the ages of 18-25,
- Having a score of ≥24 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Questionnaire,
- Volunteering for the study.
Exclusion
- Presence of neuromuscular system disease,
- Presence of vestibular or visual problems,
- Presence of acute or chronic pain,
- An ankle injury in the last year,
- For the control group, regular participation in sports activities or physical activity for more than 150 minutes, 5 days a week.
