Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy
Exclusion
- Body mass index (BMI) \> 35 kg / m2
- any ventricular dysfunction
- Crs \< 35 ml / cmH2O
- valvular heart disease
- ASA score \> 3
- cardiac arrhythmia
- history of lung disease
