Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18-65 years old
- ASA 1-2
Exclusion
- Bleeding diathesis
- Opioid allergy
- Infection in the area to be blocked
- Have had previous lumbar surgery
- Pregnant or suspected of pregnancy, breastfeeding
- Gabapenthinoid, corticosteroid users
- Those with kidney failure
- Those with liver failure
- Patients who cannot use a patient-controlled analgesia device
