Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 18-65 years old
  • ASA 1-2

Exclusion

  • Bleeding diathesis
  • Opioid allergy
  • Infection in the area to be blocked
  • Have had previous lumbar surgery
  • Pregnant or suspected of pregnancy, breastfeeding
  • Gabapenthinoid, corticosteroid users
  • Those with kidney failure
  • Those with liver failure
  • Patients who cannot use a patient-controlled analgesia device
